HipHopHumpDay airs every Wednesday afternoon from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on 88.3 FM WQNA, and is hosted by Ken No.

Ken No is also the former host of three programs on the HISO Broadcast Network, the Halluci-Nation, The Orotund Opinion and The Local Block.
